Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, all of our plans come with a risk free 30 day trial. We also offer a free plan.
How do I pay for products?
We don't charge commissions. You only pay for the fixed cost to produce the item. You charge your customer whatever you like and keep the profit.
How does this work?
You select products you want to sell and set your pricing. When an item sells, you approve and pay for the item. We automatically generate the artwork and ship the item directly to your customer. Tracking information is automatically updated in your store providing your customer with real-time updates.

We ship worldwide. Real-time shipping costs can be viewed inside the Customized app.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, all orders will receive a tracking number at the time of shipment. These are automatically passed back to your store to keep your customer updated in real-time.
